「共通データ環境」では、施工段階のデータ共有環境を提供します。ブロックチェーンを活用することで、取得する様々なデータの耐改ざん性や、データ収集・加工・解析といったデータ流通プロセスのトレーサビリティを担保可能です。さらに、スマートコントラクトを活用し契約情報、契約履行情報の管理を可能としました。これにより、従来現地で行っている実地検査を省略し、受注者が収集したデータを直接、検査可能な仕組みを目指します。
また、多種多様なデバイスやアプリケーションを共通データ環境と連携するための「サービス群の連携環境」の検討も進めています。
The "Common Data Environment" provides a data sharing environment for the construction phase. By utilizing blockchain, tamper-resistance of acquired data and traceability of data distribution processes such as data collection, processing, and analysis can be ensured. In addition, smart contracts enable the management of contract information and contract performance information. This will eliminate the need for conventional on-site inspections, and enable the contractor to directly inspect the collected data.
We are also studying a "Service Coordination Environment" to link a wide variety of devices and applications with a common data environment.
2022年度は、プロトタイプの開発および試行を実施しています。社会実装に向けては、様々な観点での検討が必要になります。
In FY2022, prototypes are being developed and tested. Considerations from various perspectives will be needed for social implementation.

建設業全体で利用可能な「協調領域」の共通基盤構築を目指しています。東京大学i-Constructionシステム学寄付講座における研究開発としてスタートし、2022年5月からは日本建設業連合会内に設置された協調領域WGと連携体制を構築しています。システムの開発においては、BIM、 Webアプリケーション、CGなどの様々な分野の専門家と協力し、建設業の誰もが利用可能な誰でも開発に参加可能なオープンソースとしてのシステムを目指しています。
Our goal is to build a common infrastructure for "cooperative domains" that can be used throughout the construction industry.
The project started as a research and development project at the University of Tokyo's Endowed Chair in i-Construction System Studies, and a cooperative framework has been established with the Cooperative Domain WG established within the Japan Federation of Construction Contractors since May 2022.
In developing the system, we cooperate with experts in various fields such as BIM, Web applications, and CG, aiming to make it an open-source system that anyone in the construction industry can use or participate in its development.
